    Sage 50 Peachtree & QuickBooks Certified Support Technicians
    By subscribing to our technical support plans, you will receive the highest priority response from our QuickBooks/Sage 50 Peachtree certified technicians. If we are not immediately available, your call will be returned promptly (from 8:00am to 5:00pm central time). The 60/120/240 minute plans are good for one year. The unlimited support plans automatically renew.

    Data File Corruption
    In some instances where data corruption is the problem, the process of determining whether data can be repaired takes some time. We cannot guarantee that using the traditional data recovery utilities provided within Sage 50 Peachtree and QuickBooks software will repair the data. However, since we have to perform the data recovery process to make this determination, we must charge for our time. If the data cannot be repaired using the data recovery process, then your options are to restore from a backup or send us your data for further analysis. If the data cannot be repaired by using the in-software data repair utilities, there may be an extra cost to send the data to data repair specialists. If this is the case, we will advise you and let you know the cost will be to repair the data, if it can be repaired.

    Accounting and Data Entry Services
    Unlimited technical support plans do not include data entry, accounting services, bookkeeping services, tax advice, extensive setup or extensive training. Our technicians reserve the right to limit calls to technical support related issues. Other support plans (paid for by the minute/hour) can be used for in data entry bookkeeping, accounting, in-depth installation and training.

    Sage 50 Peachtree and QuickBooks Classes
    We also offer QuickBooks and Sage 50 Peachtree classes that you can be attended remotely or in person. Our classes are conducted monthly and are taught by Certified Public Accountants who are also Sage 50 Peachtree/QuickBooks Certified Trainers. For dates and locations, visit our website.
